(May 10)  Risktec has been ranked as the 93rd fastest-growing private company in the UK according to the Real Business Hot 100 list, with a 47% compound annual growth rate over the last 4 years.  Risktec is the only specialist risk management company on the list.

Alan Hoy, Managing Director, comments: “Considering the large number of private companies in the UK it is encouraging to receive this type of independent recognition, but we don’t grow for growth’s sake.  We focus entirely on our clients and how we can meet their needs.  We feel that our determination to provide high quality, affordable services and to work flexibly and closely with our clients is partly responsible.  Our training and education business, launched last year, is also progressing well.  We are working with a number of clients on full MSc programmes in risk and safety management as well as selected modules such as HAZOP, ALARP, human factors and so on.”
